Casey Butler is the greatest hair stylist of all time, that I've ever had the privilege to be the chair of. She got my hair *so right* after it was a complete mess, in complete shambles after I had bleached it so many times myself. When I first came to the salon, she and her team members were patient with me and she said she would help me fix my roots. When I came back a week later, she said she had been thinking of what to do over the whole past week, and would work with me step-by-step to achieve the results I wanted. I showed her some photos on Pinterest, of reverse balyage and an ashy color. Though that was a high ask, for the state that my hair was in at the time, she made it happen, better than even I could have ever imagined!! (See before and after photos.) She was able to bleach the roots and then apply a deep toner and masks to make it turn out exactly how I'd asked, all within the span of only 5-6 hours, for a process that usually would have likely taken weeks. I can only say that I feel loyal to life for her now and would not trust anyone else more highly than her, for any outcome that I'd want for my hair! She is the GOAT and I had the most positive experience of my life with her at Moss Salon, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a change and for someone so compassionate, visionary, and talented to make it happen!!
